Orders and Payments

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase products from CurlLiving. Receipt of an order confirmation does not guarantee acceptance of the order.

We may decline or cancel an order for reasons including suspected fraud, inaccurate billing or shipping information, product unavailability, pricing errors, or an inability to complete delivery to the provided address.

Orders must be paid in full using an accepted payment method available at checkout before they are processed and shipped. If we cancel a paid order, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method.

Shipping and Delivery

CurlLiving offers free standard shipping on all orders delivered within the United States. No minimum order value is required.

Orders require 2 business days for processing and fulfillment. Estimated carrier transit time is 5–12 business days. The total estimated delivery time is 7–14 business days.

Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays. Orders placed after the daily cutoff time, on weekends, or on public holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

Delivery dates are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays, severe weather, public holidays, incorrect or incomplete addresses, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Returns and Refunds

Eligible returns and exchanges may be requested within 30 calendar days of delivery.

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method according to the terms stated in that policy.
